Coma is a vital wrapper, which is constantly changing and evolving, constantly decaying and disappearing.
Juan Diego Valera (Córdoba, Argentina, 1976). Trained in Fine Arts in Córdoba, in 2001 he moved to Spain where he developed his self-taught creative process. In 2009 he received a scholarship from AGITA and EADC for the Més és menys project with Tanit Plana, Aleix Plademunt and the Ran-Cabrera. In 2010 he travelled to Argentina where he created the book “Ground movements” along with Roger and Aleix Guaus Plademunt. In 2011 he participated in the project “Transit Sites”, at a residence in Guatemala. In 2012 he published the book “Blog”, part of PES (Publication Experimental Standard) from the publisher Standardbook with Roger and Daniel S.Álvarez Guaus. Following this publication, he exhibited “Blog” at the Centre d'Arts Santa Monica in Barcelona. He participated in the group exhibition “Transit points.” Coma.is exhibited in the Dr. Nopo gallery in Valencia
He is the cofounding member of the editorial “Ca l `isidret Edicións”. His work can be seen at www.juandiegovalera.com.
